Week 20 of Homespun Homeschool: We wrote an ANI chart for our persuasive essay based on a Gathering of Days, learned how to ride a Jeep go-cart over rough terrain, diagrammed sentences, practiced finding area, worked with our class to build the tallest tower, learned about Newton’s Second Law of Motion, worked on spelling, practiced drawing the anatomy of a skeleton from memory, reviewed the difference between kinetic and potential energy, worked some more on our Faces of History paper about Leonardo Da Vinci and practiced our wax museum performance monologue, worked on Penmanship, and had our first real Tornado Warning where we had to evacuate to the basement until the coast was clear!
