Week 14 of Homespun Homeschool: We studied Latin, continued reading The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, went ice skating, finished writing an essay on The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, read The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, chose three quotes from Reagan‘s address to discuss, read Brown v. Board of Education, discussed the United States and the Cold War, read Inaugural Address (JFK), learned about the Great Depression, read First Inaugural Address (Reagan), took family Christmas pictures, displayed original paintings (Francis) in an art show at Redeemer Presbyterian Church, attended the Christmas Ball (Field), and went to the Fall for Greenville food festival!
