Week 19 of Homespun Homeschool: We learned the area of a square, read several O’Henry short stories, studied Latin 2nd declension noun endings, continued studying the physics of waves and sound, learned about some parts of a volcano, did Saxon math lessons, wrote a paper about Pompeii, worked on our science research paper, continued reading the Taming of the Shrew, looked at some more helping verbs, finished writing a paper on To Kill a Mockingbird, learned about the Aztecs, worked on Henle Latin, read in a Bluestocking Economics Guide, located African countries, read in Penny Candy, finished reading Born Again, looked at rhetorical devices, continued working on the cost of living and stock market venture projects, continued memorizing Robert Frost poems, played Inauguration Bingo and went to Protocol!
