Homespun Homeschool Week #24

Week 24 of Homespun Homeschool: We learned the commutative law for addition and multiplication, read The Song of Hiawatha and Paul Revere’s Ride, continued studying the physics of electromagnetism and electricity, wrote a paper on the show Severance, continued studying Latin 4th declension noun endings, did Saxon math lessons, learned about some kinds of weather fronts, analyzed the effect of changing temperatures, continued reading the Taming of the Shrew and working on our Shakespeare project, looked at more linking verbs, continued writing a comparison essay on Booker T. Washington versus Frederick Douglass, learned about the British North America Act of 1867, worked on Henle Latin, finished reading Penny Candy, started reading Money Mystery, learned the countries of South America West, read in a Bluestocking Economics Guide, worked on penmanship, continued working on the cost of living and stock market venture projects, worked on our research paper, continued memorizing Robert Frost poems, practiced and timed for our debate on the Electoral College, made a donut flow chart for donuts with dad and worked on our filmmaking skills!
