Week 10 of Homespun Homeschool: We worked on Algebra, finished writing a paper on The Magician’s Nephew, continued reading about cellular energy and respiration, memorized and drew from memory a map of Europe, practiced polysyllogisms and Aristotelian sorites, studied Latin deponent verbs, predicates and adjectives, finished reading Number the Stars, performed an experiment on cellular respiration and fermentation in yeast, worked on Math Maps, performed an experiment on pigments of photosynthesis, wrote a paper and drew a sketch on the subject of mammals, started a radish seed experiment, learned about Parallelism, continued reading the epic sonnets, learned new geography terms, and presented the Art Grant in class!
