Homespun Homeschool Week #12

Week 12 of Homespun Homeschool: We worked on Science Fair, read about and listened to Beethoven, continued reading Amos Fortune, Free Man, wrote lab reports on strawberry DNA and radish leaf color, worked on Algebra 2 and Math Maps, learned about Fables, wrote a paper about the artist Durer, worked on our persuasive speech assignment, continued writing a paper about Number the Stars, studied Latin relative clauses and verb conjugations, finished reading about DNA proteins and the cell cycle, memorized and drew from memory a map of Europe, observed our radish growth experiment, brought hand drawn maps to community, performed a mitosis experiment, created epicheirema, learned new literary terms, finished reading and wrote a paper on Pride and Prejudice, learned new geography terms, and went to the High Museum in Atlanta to research an artist for our Persuasive Speech assignment!
