Week 16 of Homespun Homeschool: We learned the first four elements of the Periodic Table, read The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, worked on Algebra, discussed Darwinism, irreducable complexity and Junk DNA, learned new Latin vocab and grammar, practiced our acrylic painting skills, learned how to find the area of a rectangle, rewrote witness statements for Mock Trial, learned new Logic concepts, diagrammed sentences, read and outlined chapter 3 in Defeating Darwinism, worked on spelling, learned about World War 1, worked on an original short story, discovered a frozen pond at Furman, and pet adorable puppies in class!
