Week 26 of Homespun Homeschool: We read about earth’s weather and erosion, learned the identity law for addition and multiplication, worked on Henle Latin, learned some markings on the globe, read through Taming of the Shrew with class for the third time, continued studying Latin 5th declension noun endings, started writing an essay on the Hunger Games, looked at more linking verbs, worked on our research paper, finished reading The Money Mystery, memorized the U.S. Presidents, continued working on the cost of living and stock market venture projects, learned about the Portugese Empire, worked on music theory, continued memorizing Robert Frost poems, located the main features of the North Atlantic, did Saxon math lessons, debated another team on the issue of Electoral College, had an end of the year “store” of prizes for Essentials and did and escape room with our Essentials class!
