Week 21 of Homeschool: We worked on phonetics, learned about World War 1, skip-counted tens with dimes, made a bazillion shrinky-dink key-chains, diagrammed sentences, found the Middle East on a map, counted up to 200! (Francis), made mini works of art by our Cycle 2 artists, then shrunk them (more shrinky-dinks), learned about kinetic and potential energy, made an organ out of bottles and water and played music, learned about Charlemagne’s empire, reviewed Latin imperfect tense word endings, wrote a poem about mortality and nature, learned our metric measurements, had a tooth pulled (Field), and went to meet our new puppy!
