Homespun Homeschool Week #21

Week 21 of Homespun Homeschool: We worked on spelling, finished our essay based on a Gathering of Days and read it in class, diagrammed sentences, continued running on the track team, had a special guest come to class to share about growing up in Africa then being adopted by missionaries, practiced drawing the anatomy of skin from memory and used pop tarts to diagram, practiced drawing a map of the Central World from memory, celebrated pi-day by finding the circumference of a strawberry rhubarb pie, practiced metric conversions, got pie thrown in our face for answering Essentials questions, and completed our Faces of History paper and read our monologue dressed as Leonardo Da Vinci in a wax museum presentation!
